Job Description
LHH is currently searching for a talented and driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing and is passionate about driving customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle. This is a hybrid opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on SMS marketing.
Own the customer journey from acquisition through retention, leveraging data and segmentation to deliver personalized experiences.
Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to design and launch campaigns that increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with SMS regulations and best practices, maintaining high deliverability and engagement rates.
Test new strategies and messaging to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction across all lifecycle touchpoints.
Report on key metrics and present findings to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with proven expertise in SMS campaign management.
Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing automation platforms and SMS tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with remote and in-office teams.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized.
Ability to work hybrid at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
