What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in telephone/call-center roles, especially those involving emotional support, is highly preferred Competent with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems Ability to remain calm and composed while deescalating crisis situations while showing very high levels of empathy Must attend training in Framingham, MA Requires a Mac (Google Chrome access) or PC, reliable Wi-Fi, and a headset with a microphone compatible with the computer Must have a quiet workspace for working from home There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
