Society Mortgage is seeking driven and ambitious Loan Officers to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. Key Responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by Society Mortgage to build your pipeline
• Originate and close mortgage loans while delivering exceptional customer service
• Educate clients on mortgage products, loan terms, and the overall loan process
• Stay informed on market trends and lending guidelines to offer the best solutions
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure seamless loan closings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in mortgage lending, sales, or customer service preferred, but not required
• NMLS license preferred or willingness to obtain it (we’ll guide you through the process)
