Position: Logistics Manager

Location: Hollywood, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.

We are seeking a Logistics Manager with expertise in freight optimization, route planning, and global supply chain management within a multinational retail environment. This role is critical in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving delivery times for inventory shipments arriving from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize freight routes and transportation strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and enhance international and domestic shipping networks to streamline inventory flow.
• Collaborate with global suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Implement data-driven solutions to improve freight consolidation, scheduling, and route planning .
• Identify and mitigate risks in global logistics , ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Monitor freight spend and performance metrics , driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to align logistics with business goals.
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance logistics visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight optimization, or supply chain management within a multinational retail company .
• Strong background in global shipping, route planning, and freight cost reduction .
• Experience managing carrier contracts, 3PL relationships, and international freight regulations .
• Proven ability to use data analytics and logistics technology to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of customs compliance, import/export regulations, and supply chain risk management .
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
