Quality Electric of Coastal Carolinas, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our Wilmington NC team as a Low Voltage Technician Helper. This is an entry-level position supporting the installation and servicing of AV, data, futureproof, and other low voltage wiring systems in a construction environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the low-voltage trade.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems
• Pull cable and wire under supervision in residential and commercial new construction sites
• Organize and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks
• Help test system functionality and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies on job sites

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders
• Ability to move oneself in confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Compensation: 

• Full – Time 
• Salary: $15.00 hourly - $25.00 hourly, based on experience.
