Position Summary

Join Walmart Connect, Walmart's in-house advertising division, as a Manager, Advanced Analytics . You will lead strategic analysis for major advertisers, utilizing tools like Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Python to derive insights and communicate findings to stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role focused on interpreting, analyzing, and reporting on advertising performance to optimize campaigns and measurement strategies.

What you'll do

Manage interpretation, analytics reporting, and insights for Walmart advertisers. Lead client-facing analysis, deliver presentations, conduct in-depth investigations, and execute measurement projects. Contribute to process improvements and develop analytics tools reflecting best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, and measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in media and marketing measurement within an advertising agency or consulting.
• Experience with online advertising systems, ad tech, and statistical test design.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
