Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and boring machines with a strong emphasis on precision, quality, and consistency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid machining background looking to work in a safe, clean, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and run manual lathes, mills, and other manual equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Cut a variety of threads and work with different materials
Use precision measuring tools (dial calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) to meet tight tolerances
Ensure all machined components meet quality standards and maintain traceability on all jobs
Perform light maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area
Safely align, secure, and remove fixtures, cutting tools, and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
Consistently meet or exceed daily production and quality standards
Follow all safety and quality protocols without exception
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of manual machining experience (lathe, mill, boring mill)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Proficient in basic math and measurement conversions
Skilled in the use of precision tools such as micrometers and gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Understanding of safe machine operation and shop safety practices
