Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
  • Coordinate content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Support brand and product marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and reporting dashboards
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign performance
  • Help manage CRM and email automation workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and creative teams

Qualifications

  • College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
