K9 Sport invented the dog backpack nearly a decade ago. Since then we’ve sold over 1 Million bags to happy dog owners around the world. Help us keep this vision going as we expand our product lines and marketplaces.
About the Role:
We are seeking additional marketing talent to bolster our creative assets. You will be part of a small core team that make big impacts for our D2C efforts and manages our outsourced marketing vendors. There will be remote and work-from-home opportunities as efficiencies and roles are dialed in.
What you’ll need to be our Content and Creative Lead:
Background in creative strategy, performance creative roles (brand-side or agency).
Proven track record of scaling creative (campaigns, UGC, motion, static).
Strong knowledge of paid platforms—especially Meta, TikTok, YouTube and influencer marketing.
Ability to oversee outsourced vendors for UGC, TikTok or other marketing platforms.
Experience in Meta and Display Ad creation.
Basic photography, graphic design and video productionediting.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Comfort working cross-functionally with paid, owned, and earned channels.
Experience briefing and collaborating with creators, editors, and designers.
Develop and execute a content calendar, identifying needs in advance.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments.
Bonus: Background in physical goods products, textiles, outdoor, pet space.
Bonus: Experience with external marketplaces, Amazon, Walmart, Target etc.
