Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Lynden, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support new product development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in off-highway and agricultural equipment design, hands-on expertise in Creo and Windchill, and the ability to work with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality mechanical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and new product development using Creo (mandatory).
• Manage design data, revisions, and documentation using Windchill (mandatory).
• Develop complex weldment drawings including welding symbols, machining symbols, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.
• Support vehicle integration, including hydraulic and electrical routing.
• Collaborate with multi-geography engineering teams for project planning and execution.
• Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Support project planning, monitoring, and execution activities.
• Analyze design challenges and implement improvements to enhance existing product lines.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve product performance and quality.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in mechanical design and new product development.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Creo and Windchill.
  • Experience in off-highway domain vehicles (forestry, agriculture, construction equipment).
  • Knowledge of weldment drawings, welding processes, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.
  • Experience with vehicle integration, hydraulic routing, and electrical routing.
  • Exposure to multi-geography team collaboration and coordination.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
