Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and engineering of enclosure systems within a rapidly growing product division. This role is heavily focused on mechanical design, layout, and product development , working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enclosure solutions for industrial and facility-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enclosure systems with a focus on mechanical and structural integrity
• Create layouts, drawings, and detailed designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Support product development from concept through release
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements
• Apply engineering principles to industrial products and facility-related enclosure applications
• Revise and update designs based on feedback, manufacturing needs, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate design documentation and engineering files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Architecture , or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest or background in mechanical design and product development
• Experience with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD (academic or professional)
• Ability to interpret basic engineering and architectural drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
