G&E Partners is working with a Top 15 ENR Commercial General Contractor, seeking an MEP Project Manager for their $600M ground-up healthcare project in Memphis, TN.

The Memphis division focusing on key commercial such as Healthcare, High-Rise, Battery Plants and Casinos, and is one of the fastest growing divisions in the company.

Requirements:

• 5 years of construction experience minimum, on the GC side.
• Experience leading MEP oversight on large-scale ground-up projects ($300M+) on the GC side.
• Strong MEP experience required.
• Experience on high-tech builds preferred.
• Showing loyalty of service - with limited job moves and strong tenure.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
