Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
