Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our team. This position offers a hybrid/remote work schedule, but candidates must reside in the San Antonio or Frisco/Dallas area. Required Skills and Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Experience with Dynamics F&O/AX modules is essential. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a functional subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Dynamics platforms, preferably AX/F&O, is required. At least 1 year of experience using X++ for implementing enhanced Dynamics features is mandatory. Strong understanding of programming methodologies, structures, and concepts is necessary. Proven experience with full life cycle Dynamics 365/AX implementations is crucial. Excellent communication and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail are highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills are a plus. Ability to execute analysis, design/configuration, and implementation phases of Dynamics 365 projects is favorable. Knowledge of software design practices and refactoring techniques. Familiarity with full software development life cycle methodologies. Ability to communicate software and technical concepts clearly across business units. Adherence to IT standards and procedures (SDLC, ITIL, etc.) is essential. Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills. Location: San Antonio, Texas Job Type: Permanent Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM Education: Bachelor’s Degree Responsibilities: The Microsoft Dynamics Lead Developer will play a key role in projects that involve designing, implementing, modifying, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging Microsoft Dynamics software. This individual will also act as a mentor and advisor to team members on Dynamics 365. Essential Functions: Promote and reinforce the use of our client's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to align with their Vision, Values, and Mission. Accountable for various ERP modules within Dynamics 365. Support and troubleshoot existing Dynamics configurations and coding. Ensure the quality of the solutions and related project deliverables. Configure the system according to requirements to propose viable solutions. Mentor and coach team members for their professional growth. Maintain user trust and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Collaborate closely with business units and external customers on development system designs. Develop and adhere to IT standards and procedures (SDLC, ITIL, etc.). Provide best practices and alternative solutions within functional/technical design documents. Create documentation, automation, and assistance tools to support all users. Comply with all company policies and safety standards in the workplace. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
