As a Motor Transport Operator, you will be a crucial part of the Army's transportation logistics team. You will supervise and operate wheeled vehicles to safely transport cargo and troops, ensuring advanced mobility for all missions. Your responsibilities will include managing the loading and unloading of cargo, as well as reporting any vehicle issues or damages. You will gain valuable skills in Vehicle Operations, Loading & Unloading, and Map Reading, and have the opportunity to earn 17 nationally recognized certifications! If you already possess relevant skills, you may join the Army at a higher rank, which means increased pay and faster access to leadership roles. The Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP) can help reduce your initial training duration and expedite your assignment, allowing you to start your Army career sooner.
