Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Convenient Access to Monroe, Louisiana

We are actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient clinic located within easy driving distance of Monroe, LA.

Position Highlights:
Role: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Outpatient Clinic)
Setting: Outpatient-only, no hospital or call responsibilities
Patient Volume: Manage approximately 10 patients per day, allowing for personalized and thorough care
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends or evenings)
Location: Easy access to Monroe, Louisiana – enjoy small-town living with proximity to a regional hub

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: Competitive $120,000–$130,000+ annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct routine examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive health care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Louisiana (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedicated to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
