grade 3 to grade 12Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques,
designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCo-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop
and improve school-based curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so
that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and
their parents and caregiversMaximum of 40 hours a month Class size: At least 15
students of a class RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveAt
least 1 years of related teaching experienceA TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly base salary of 22,000 to 26,000 RMB, with an additional 350 RMB provided for each extra class taughtFlight allowance of 6,000 RMBMedical health InsurancePublic holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leaveResidence and work visa sponsoredAirport pickup upon arrivalComprehensive pre-job training with ongoing support
