Overview

This is a part time position at our Lititz Pike Fresh Foods, requiring flexible day and weekend availability, 7am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Uses designated Stauffers Online equipment and software to shop for customer orders.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Scan Order at Online Area Register and cash out with Individual Instacart Cards
• Scan Order barcode to Print bag labels
• Ensures Stauffers Online equipment and other equipment are properly secured and end of day
• Ensures customers receive accurate and fresh products.
• Is able to perform tasks of the Area Specialist
• Maintain the Online Staging area
• Ensure shopping carts have proper supplies

• Pens/Paper

• Tablet Device

• Cooler Cleaning

• Overall online room organization
• Work with cashier manager 
• To ensure proper staffing
• Assigns orders to the Personal Shoppers
• Finish customer orders
• Bag Items
• Scan & Label the bags
• Complete order on Instacart site (add bags quantities)
• Fill out dry erase board
• Organize orders in staging area (ie Dry Goods, Cooler & Freezer Bags)
• Answer any cell phone calls and/or texts
• Take customer orders to car
• Use Instacart device to scan bags to ensure all bags are together
• Finalize the order in the Instacart App
• Report to Pricing & Data system team issues, changes or complaints
• May perform cashier duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
• Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Organized and detailed oriented. 
• Position Mathematical Skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as adding & subtracting using multiple digit numbers & units of weight &/or American currency.
