Job Title: Operations and Analytics Specialist (Contract)

Job Pay: $30-40/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Analytics Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in finance and data analytics, who can help us streamline our financial reconciliation process and track the performance of our YouTube-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reconciliation:

• Reconcile transactions between our real estate transaction software and QuickBooks.
• Ensure all payments, deposits, and transfers are accurately recorded and identify any discrepancies.
• Develop a streamlined process for ongoing financial verification and reporting.

Performance Tracking:

• Set up and maintain tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of leads generated from multiple YouTube channels.
• Analyze data to understand conversion rates, client engagement, and overall sales performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Accountability and Process Improvement:

• Monitor the workflow and accountability of team members within the CRM, ensuring that leads are managed efficiently.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or project-based fee, commensurate with experience.
