Employment Opportunity Details

• Full-time position
• Collegial, quality-focused, supportive environment with excellent referral relationships within the group
• Support from an experienced NP who supports all surgeons
• Engaged clinical staff with low turnover
• Large multispecialty group within a single hospital community
• 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient work
• Perform surgeries in the main OR and surgery center 1-2 days a week
• Procedures include tonsils and adenoids, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroids, tubes, biopsies, tongue ties
• Established patient base
• Call schedule: 1 in 4 rotations
• Collaborative work with referring providers, hospitalists, and emergency physician teams

Minimum job requirements (qualifications)

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
• Visa sponsorship available; H-1B, J1 (2025 only)
