This technically skilled and industry-informed role is responsible for driving sales of HVAC solutions and managing project documentation for engineering and construction clients. This position ensures alignment with company standards while fostering strong client relationships. This position reports to the Vice President of Engineering Sales. This role is hybrid and is based in Saint Louis, Missouri.
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. This role requires in-office presence at the Kansas City location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and remote work two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
Compensation will be largely commission-based and should produce between $85,000 and $170,000 of compensation, depending on skills, experience, qualification, applicable laws, and of course, your contribution to the overall success of the company.
