Concordia Publishing House is looking for a part-time Software Tester. In this role, you'll help ensure the quality and usability of our digital products by testing websites and software, identifying bugs, and providing feedback to improve the overall user experience. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity after training, with no technical background required. If you can browse the internet and share honest feedback, you're qualified to apply! What We Offer Work from home after initial in-office training Flexible part-time schedule averaging 16-20 hours per week $17 per hour No special skills required-training provided What You'll Do Test websites and software by navigating them as a typical user Share feedback on what's clear, confusing, or could be improved Log bugs and usability issues for the IT team Assist with troubleshooting and documentation to support a positive customer experience Collaborate with the User Experience and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases What We're Looking For Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to think from the end-user's perspective and show empathy for their experience Basic familiarity with PC/Mac computers and operating systems (Windows and MacOS) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Knowledge of Christian resources and the mission of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is preferred Concordia Publishing House
