What You’ll DoLead the Parts department with integrity, discipline, and accountability from the front lines not the office.
Build and coach a high-performance team of Parts advisors, ensuring trust, clarity, and teamwork drive every interaction.
Take ownership of department performance, from customer satisfaction scores and Inventory control, to profitability.
Establish and reinforce disciplined Inventory control systems that ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Empower your team to make decisions at every level, creating a culture of responsibility and growth.
