Candidates must have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical, biotech, chemistry, chemical, biomedical. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches OR patent litigation in high tech or life sciences.
