Patent Attorney Patent Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Patent Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in protecting their intellectual property rights through patent registration and litigation. This role requires a deep understanding of patent law and the ability to navigate complex legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and assessments to evaluate the patentability of inventions.
• Draft and file patent applications with relevant patent offices.
• Advise clients on patent strategies and intellectual property matters.
• Represent clients in patent litigation and dispute resolution.
• Stay updated with changes in patent law and intellectual property regulations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience in intellectual property law, specifically patent law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
