Attention Industrial Construction Professionals ! 🚧 Are you an Estimator , Project Manager , or Traveling Superintendent with expertise in PEMB, Tilt Wall, ROM, and GMP estimating in a Commercial Industrial setting? Experience in Aviation construction is a definite plus! 🛫

Does your experience include Ground Up and Design Build Experience and have you worked on the "Contractors" side , not the client? If so, you are what we are looking for in an experienced Industrial Construction Estimator with a strong background in large-scale, ground-up industrial projects. This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Tomball area of Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of national estimating experience, including work with design-build projects and hopefully aviation facilities.

Industrial Estimator’s Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for industrial construction projects across multiple states
• Provide ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) estimates
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and 3rd party contractors to ensure accurate estimates
• Analyze project drawings and specifications for estimating scope (no take-offs required)
• Participate in project planning and preconstruction meetings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

Project Manger’s Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of assigned industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budget, schedules, subcontractors, and quality assurance
• Develop and track ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) contracts
• Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met
• Support estimating efforts and review estimates for accuracy across multiple states
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Travel to job sites approximately twice per month to oversee progress and maintain client relationships
• Remain actively engaged in project execution—this is a hands-on role

Traveling Superintendent’s Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities and field personnel
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project sequencing
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance
• Oversee project timelines, quality control, and field reporting
• Maintain accurate daily logs and progress documentation
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and resolve field issues
• Communicate with Project Managers and stakeholders regularly
• Interpret construction documents, GMP contracts, and ROM estimates

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industrial construction estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management
• Proven experience with ground-up construction and design-build projects
• Experience in aviation facility construction is a strong plus
• Knowledge of GMP contracts and estimating practices in multiple states
• Familiarity with Tilt Wall and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel as needed
