DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Our client requires the services of a Business Analyst Expert with CAPPS and PeopleSoft Financials experience, who meets the general qualifications of a Business Analyst 3. This functional expert will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
Responsibilities:
The core duties include analyzing and modifying CAPPS data, creating financial reports as requested by the business, and utilizing PeopleSoft Query Manager. They also include bridging the communication gap between the CAPPS team and the technical team.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, with the ability to utilize collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Must be able to work non-standard hours at different phases of the project.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
Liaison between functional and technical teams.
Facilitate working sessions and deliver structured functional analysis presentations to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (minimum of four tools).

8 years required experience in Secure file transfers
8 years required experience in experience in Enterprise system analysis
8 years required experience in Enterprise architecture
8 years required experience in Information security principles
8 years required experience in scrum master role / Agile scrum environment
5 years required experience in Documenting and implementing procedures and PeopleSoft applications
4 years required experience in Functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules
4 years required experience in required Supporting public sector organizations at the federal, state, or local level
1 Preferred Texas CAPPS implementation experience
