We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist our licensed physical therapists in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assisting patients during therapy sessions, performing clerical tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Aid patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy by following HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, but willing to train.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team approach.
