Looking to get into the medical field? Physical therapy is one of the fastest growing professions with entry points being Physical Therapy Assistant (2-year degree) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (3-year graduate degree). Getting experience in the field is key, and the best way to do that is by getting paid to help run the front desk and floor of the largest privately owned physical therapy clinic in the Lehigh Valley! Our physical therapy aide position is a dual role of administrative responsibilities and on-floor assistance to our treatment team, helping our friends and neighbors get back on their feet after injury.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with patients
• Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized
• Basic Front Desk duties of greeting patients and answering phones
• Scheduling Patients
• Filing and Computer tasks
• Basic Office Clean-up and Maintenance
• Assisting Therapists with Patient set-up and Exercises
• Basic Marketing Tasks
• Entering Insurance payments into the computer
• Insurance Benefits explanation and confirmation
• Tracking and Reporting of Key Metrics
