Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our team in the Healthcare, Health Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The role is remote with their main office based in Franklin, Tennessee; this would be a contract assignment with the possibility of transitioning permanently. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing a high volume of recruiting tasks, focusing on Behavioral Health roles, and effectively leveraging various resources to source candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a large number of recruiting tasks efficiently, particularly for all certifications and positions within Behavioral Health hospitals.
• Use our existing database and platforms like Indeed.com to source passive candidates.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong focus on recruiting and sourcing passive candidates from our current database.
• Apply your talent acquisition skills to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Leverage platforms like iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter, even though prior experience is not mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in Talent Acquisition or related field within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sectors.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Talent Acquisition methodologies and practices, including understanding the talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining Talent Pipelines, with an eye for identifying potential candidates that align with company values and needs.
• Prior experience in Corporate Recruiting, with a focus on hiring for a variety of roles and levels within a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of Behavioral Health, with the ability to recruit professionals in this specialized field.
• Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system or similar software, and the ability to leverage technology to streamline the recruiting process.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates, including advanced search techniques and effective communication strategies.
