Key Responsibilities

• Source & Recruit: Identify and engage top physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Client Partnerships: Work directly with healthcare organizations to fulfill critical hiring needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage everything from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends and regulations in physician recruitment.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute hiring strategies to expand our Provider Search division.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing.
• Skills: Strong sales mindset, relationship-building expertise, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Mindset: High energy, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
