Key Responsibilities
- Source & Recruit: Identify and engage top physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Client Partnerships: Work directly with healthcare organizations to fulfill critical hiring needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage everything from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends and regulations in physician recruitment.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute hiring strategies to expand our Provider Search division.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing.
- Skills: Strong sales mindset, relationship-building expertise, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Mindset: High energy, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
