Equivalent Experience

We are currently hiring plumbers with 2+ years of experience and a commercial background. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Coachella Valley, CA area. This is a long-term commitment. We have several large multifamily projects in the Coachella Valley area with plenty of work to keep you busy for years.

Job Duties:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Plumbing Construction
A successful plumbing candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the California plumbing and building codes.
The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning plumbing systems that transport water, waste, or hot liquids.
Responsibilities: read blueprints and plumbing drawings in order to layout the plumbing systems (rough in and top out), retrofit as well cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure.
Install and maintain water supply systems locate and repair issues with water supply lines.
Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems.

Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience of new construction.
Solid understanding of water distribution and waste systems in commercial and industrial buildings
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and ability to work in awkward spaces.
Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship a plus.
Valid Drives License.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have tools.
