This is a freelance or part-time position based in Miami , requiring in-office presence at least once a week for file transfers, team collaboration, and creative alignment. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of post-production workflows and file management Skills in color correction and audio mastering Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with producers and creative leads Responsibilities: Edit multi-camera podcast interviews for YouTube and social media clips Sync and enhance audio from external recorders and microphones Apply basic color correction and sound design Organize and manage project files and assets for each episode Collaborate with producers on episode structure, pacing, and overall creative vision Compensation: Competitive rate to be negotiated based on experience. Location: Candidates must be based in Miami. In-person check-ins and file transfers are required once a week at our Downtown Miami office.
