Our client, a Premier Wax Studio , is looking for a Studio Manager to join their growing teams across multiple locations in Houston, TX.

Role : Studio Manager

Type : Direct Hire - Permanent - Full Time role (Offering Health/Dental/Vision, etc.)

Locations Available :

Pasadena, TX

League City, TX

Katy, TX

Pearland, TX

Salary : Starting at $55k - Dependent on experience - Plus Commission Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional experience with every guest that walks in the door
• Recruit, interview, onboard, etc. in addition to payroll.
• Manage studio metrics to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals are met/exceeded
• Lead daily training programs in sales, guest service and product knowledge
• Manage and adjust schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum prior background in management, sales, service or retail
• Proven experience leading a team of up to 10, to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people
• Flexible availability for Studio Hours
• Problem solvers who can think on their feet and bring people to compromise while establishing trust with employees, members, and guests
• Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, district managers, etc.
