Production Associate

About Your Role: Join the team at our Stafford location and receive training on our world class print production equipment. The team delivers high-volume customer communications and payment products (statements, invoices, and personalized cards) with accuracy and on-time delivery. You will help ensure quality, throughput, and safety to meet client and operational commitments. You will cross-train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload.

What Youll Do:

• Operate and set up a variety of production machines to print, insert, and sort statements, invoices, and/or personalized cards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maintain machine uptime and output quality.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify materials match job orders, specifications, and tolerance levels.
• Cross-train across multiple production departments and support workflow adjustments as volume and priorities change.
• Perform production data entry and follow job documentation, job tickets, and standard operating procedures.

Experience Youll Need to Have:

• Experience using a computer for data entry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.

Experience That Would Be Great to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• 1 year of experience in operating production machines.

How Youll Work:

• Compensation is $16/hour.
• You are eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
• All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks. Fiserv and certain of its affiliated companies are federal, state, and/or local government contractors. Should this position support a Federal Government contract, now or in the future, the successful candidate will be subject to a background check conducted by the U.S. Government to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment for public trust or sensitive positions. Positions that support state and/or local contracts also may require additional background checks to determine eligibility and suitability.
