About the Role Spiegelworld is looking for a Production Stage Manager to join the team at Absinthe at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The Production Stage Manager has an outgoing personality, love of entertainment and provides a first‑class theatrical experience. The Production Stage Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for management and continuity of the show. This role looks after daily show calls, show systems maintenance, and offering support as a member of the team. The role helps to make sure that the 7 days, 16 shows a week operation is always running consistently and smoothly. This position reports directly to the Senior Production Stage Manager. The salary is $93,600/year. What You’ll Do All duties customarily assigned to a stage manager on a first‑class production during rehearsals and performances. In conjunction with the Senior Production Stage Manager, supervise the stage management team, including daily tasks, ordering supplies, and creating continuity throughout the team to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Runs show tracks regularly (both calling the show and facilitating the deck track) ● In conjunction with the the Resident Director and the Senior Production Stage Manager, actively participate in new act creation and attend rehearsals ● Collaborates with Designers on new act creation Artistic maintenance of the production during the run - in conjunction with Resident Director and Senior Production Stage Manager. Maintaining proper documentation of show tracks, vendors, and ongoing site occurrences. Assist with weekly performer payroll. Supervise and participate in nightly run of show. In collaboration with the Resident Director and Senior Production Stage Manager, manage the Performer Calendar for approved vacations. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence in the venue. Constant communication with Production Management, Senior Production Stage Manager, Company Management, Front of House operations, and Stage Management. Assist the Senior Production Stage Manager with conflict resolution among the Company Other duties as assigned by your manager. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Spiegelworld policies, practices, and procedures. What You Bring Minimum of 5 years working in a management position in a large-scale entertainment, circus, or festival environment. Experience working with Union crews employed under a collective bargaining agreement. High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. OSHA 30 (or completed within 60 days of start of employment.) Positive, collaborative personality, and want to constantly improve. Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Proven people management, motivation, and development skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an always changing, never dull, creative environment. Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude. Must be 21 years of age or older Successful background check clearance prior to hire Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled/needed. Must have valid work authorization for the US.
