Job Title: Roofing Project Manager

Pay Rate: 60,000-90,000

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for overseeing high-quality roofing projects? If you have a strong track record in managing commercial construction projects and are looking to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Work with internal teams and clients to establish clear goals and expectations.
  • Budget Management : Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget, providing regular updates on financial performance to senior management and clients.
  • Team Leadership : Lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that all roofing projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Client Communication : Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and budget overruns.
  • Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other related paperwork.
  • Compliance : Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the roofing industry.

Skills :

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and contracts.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
