Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for overseeing high-quality roofing projects? If you have a strong track record in managing commercial construction projects and are looking to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Work with internal teams and clients to establish clear goals and expectations.
- Budget Management : Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget, providing regular updates on financial performance to senior management and clients.
- Team Leadership : Lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all roofing projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Client Communication : Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and budget overruns.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other related paperwork.
- Compliance : Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the roofing industry.
Skills :
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and contracts.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
