Engineered Cooling Services is the Southeast's leading commercial/industrial HVAC service company. As a growing company, we are looking to expand our Birmingham Projects division by adding an entry level Project Management position to our existing Projects team. The ideal candidate will bring their technical knowledge, management, and leadership skills to work alongside our current Senior Project Manager and talented team of project technicians. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager, young in their career, to advance and develop professionally through ongoing training and mentoring. This role will help to lead a passionate team to meet our clients' needs while delivering exceptional customer service. Project Managers are also responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables while strongly focusing on client retention.

Project Managers execute:

• subcontract management and negotiations
• vendor PO's, equipment tracking, and scheduling
• change order management and pricing
• estimating for large projects
• close out document preparation and punch list reviews
• day to day correspondence and job meetings
• adherence to company safety standards, management procedures, and processes
