Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Engineering industry, based in Paris, KY , who is actively searching for an experienced Project Manager to work hybrid remote for an opportunity paying up to 80k salaried , based on experience. This entry-level role is responsible for managing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Requirements of the Project Manager:
•2-4 years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
•Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and scheduling
•Assign and oversee tasks for project team members
•Review engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
•Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues
•Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
•Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards
•Support additional projects as assigned
