Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
