• Psychiatrist with interest in APN supervision at 300/APN

We are a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company of mental health professionals committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care. Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care and a conservative controlled substance prescribing style. Our goal is to make our services more accessible to those in need, including rural areas, through telehealth consultations.

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference.
• Earn up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, with reimbursement organized per code. Follow-up appointments can be 20 or 30 minutes.
• Option to supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $300 per APN per month.
• We are expanding with team-based models including multiple therapists and prescribers.
• Regular virtual staffing meetings (at least monthly) to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Work from home with flexible days and hours. Clinical team meetings are virtual.
• Compensation is per patient and per code billed. Full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance benefits.
• Looking for someone eager to collaborate actively within a team to ensure coordination between psychiatric and therapist providers.

• Must hold a clean and unrestricted medical license.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward patients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent patient-relations skills.
• Significant psychiatric experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $130$240 USD per hour.
