Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Public Engagement Assistants . This full-time, in-person role involves supporting nonprofit outreach efforts by engaging directly with the community at events and public spaces.
No experience necessary — we provide full training and mentorship!
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit causes at local events and community outreach programs
Engage with the public by sharing information and answering questions
Encourage community support and involvement
Assist with event setup, promotion, and materials distribution
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
Who You Are
18+ and available for full-time, in-person work
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking face-to-face with diverse audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Passionate about making a positive impact in the community
