Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide testing support for tour family products. Ensure product quality through the application of technical and testing skills. Create test cases, complete manual test scripts, and perform ad-hoc testing for requirement validation, acceptance criteria validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing. Help write user stories with acceptance criteria that determine specific testable product functionality. Perform and complete testing tasks for application releases (includes new development and testing of existing functionality). Support testing of application and environmental upgrades and resolution of production issues. Provide solutions tour web developers when automated tests fail (e.g. supply new testing cases treplace in the automated testing suite). Create test documentation (e.g. standards, scripts). Work with web developers to automate tests that can be moved tCI. Communicate test results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a major or specialized courses in: Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science or similar field of study or commensurate experience. 2 years experience in software testing mostly as a Manual Quality Assurance Test Engineer. Proficient in writing test scripts and test cases for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing and a combination of the following. Experience working with agile teams. Familiarity with SQL. Experience with tools such as GitLab and Selenium. Knowledge of automated testing. Understanding of 508 compliance testing and knowledge of usability testing. Cynet Systems
