Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist to join our plumbing office! This entry-level role is perfect for someone with solid customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic admin experience is helpful, but not required-we're happy to train the right person. Bonus points if you have any knowledge of plumbing or experience in a trade office setting!

salary: $15 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
