Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team onsite in downtown Chicago. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering with department leaders to source top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for multiple business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and Customer Success Build relationships with hiring managers to define job needs, create job descriptions, and develop interview plans Source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure an excellent experience from application to offer Organize and track candidates through an ATS, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s mission and culture in all recruitment activities Qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or startup environment Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting Background recruiting across a variety of functions and levels Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and balancing multiple priorities Agency recruiting experience is a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills 100% onsite in downtown Chicago Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Business casual dress code Office stocked with snacks and beverages Flexible work-from-home options for occasional personal appointments Clear path for career development and internal mobility Opportunity to work alongside leadership and cross-functional teams Competitive compensation and benefits package, including: 401(k) with matching Generous paid time off Strong work/life balance Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
