Recruiter Role:
The Recruiter will focus on full life-cycle recruiting from requisition, sourcing, candidate interviews and offers. The Recruiter will collaborate with the full HR team to deliver effective talent strategy across all markets.
*This is a temporary 6-month contract assignment with a required start date before May 1.*
Duties:
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for roles: including job postings, sourcing, screening, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and offer negotiations.
Deliver a high-level candidate experience, from application stage to offer, and demonstrate capability to not only assess cultural add but also represent the culture of the organization.
Learn key aspects of the business to support hiring needs across all functions and levels of the organization.
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Use creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent and make initial introductions in an authentic and personalized way.
Make salary and hiring recommendations and negotiate job offers.
Conduct in-person interviews for local roles and help manage onsite interview schedules.
Build knowledge and understanding of CoreSite’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain timely candidate communication and proactive manager communication.
Partner with the Talent Management Analyst on background check, drug testing, system onboarding, and other admin steps in the recruitment/onboarding process.
Coordinate with Human Resource Business Partners from various locations regarding recruitment support.
Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and Core Values.

Compensation range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.
