Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job , located in Medford, New York . This is a Direct Hire role for someone with prior recruiting experience in the nonprofit industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Attend, participate in, and organize job fairs, open houses, and online/virtual recruitment events.
  • Conduct initial applicant screenings and review resumes of prospective candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive phone interviews using Value-Based Interview and Selection Behavioral-Based Interview model.
  • Assist in creating engaging materials for recruitment events.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to draft and update job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on the agency's internal and external websites.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers and other operational staff to research and report on strategies for attracting top-quality candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers during the interview and selection process, including conducting reference checks and providing guidance on the reference check and interview summary process.
  • Partner with the Credentialing/HRIS Specialist to manage the credentialing/background clearance process, ensuring compliance with employment requirements and labor laws, and maintaining complete records.
  • Prepare welcome kits and offer letters for new employees
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the nonprofit industry
  • ATS experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Onsite
Salary: $65,000-75,000/yr

 

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
