WinnCompanies is seeking a Physical Security Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as an SME and resource for all components of Physical Security. This role reports directly to the VP of Physical Security and plays a key role in assisting operations of physical security across Winn Portfolios. Note: This position offers a pay range of $54,000 to $100,000 annually , based on responsibilities, scope, location, and experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. This is a remote position requiring travel throughout the East Coast; the candidate must reside in a state WinnCompanies operates in. Applications are accepted until 5:00PM EST on August 12th, 2025. Responsibilities Assist with selection and onboarding of third-party security vendors, ensuring contract compliance and adherence to post orders. Monitor security equipment, oversee maintenance and repairs, review bids, and assist in security system design. Conduct process and procedure audits, presenting findings. Create and implement policies for physical security operations. Respond to security incidents as needed. Perform site security assessments, providing detailed findings and recommendations. Collect and present metrics data for security vendors and incident reports. Participate in implementing security improvements and serve as SME for vendor and security personnel recruitment. Assist in creating and deploying security and safety training courses. Participate in security briefings and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 10 years of relevant security industry experience. 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards. Flexibility to travel 50% . Experience with threat modeling, vendor management, audits, and excellent communication skills. Advanced computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
