We are currently seeking an experienced REGIONAL Property Manager for residential leasing. The candidate would be responsible for all phases of the operation of a property of MULTI unit and MULTI locations including general appearance and upkeep, supervision of staff, occupancy, and operational and financial performance. The candidate needs to successfully manage the property independently, efficiently and demonstrate a self-starter attitude.
The candidate must also have excellent communication skills, demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor and be computer literate. Must have experience in the management industry. Yardi software knowledgeable is preferred.
