Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN – Psych) for a contract opportunity in Erie, PA. Position OverviewAs a Psych RN, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating mental health care for patients in a structured facility. Your focus will be on creating a safe, therapeutic environment and supporting recovery through compassionate nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and support care planning
Administer medications and monitor for side effects
Respond to crisis situations with de-escalation techniques
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care staff
Document behaviors, interventions, and patient progress
